Welcome To ROFEL TRUST

The ROFEL Trust was set up in1985, by Rotary Club of Vapi, to provide educational facilities Inthe region at all levels. In the initial years, the trust organized and awarded scholarships for Vapi students to study outside Vapi in various disciplines, ranging from engineering and medicine to business administration, arts and commerce.

The Trust soon branch out to start the first Arts & Commerce College in Vapi in1990, followed by a Bachelor of Business Administration Course in 1996. This was followed further in 1999 by setting up of a Management Institute(GRIMS) to conduct the cour seat Post Graduate level and a college of Science and College of Pharmacy. GRIMS is a logical extension of these educational endeavours to the growing need for man genial manpower in this region.

The GIDC RAJJU SHROFF ROFEL Institute of Management Studies (GRIMS) is a unique partnership between the Rotary Foundation for Education and Learning (ROFEL), Vapi and the State Industrial Development Corporation of Gujarat(G.I.D.C.).

From a sleepy village of 1970 to the hub of the largest concentration of medium and small industries in Asia, Vapi infrastructure owes itself largely to the initiatives of G.I.D.C., in building the Industrial infrastructure and in attracting young entrepreneurs from Gujarat and other states. Equally, the growth of the social infrastructure-School, Colleges, Hospital, vocational training-stems from the bold initiatives of the Rotary Club of Vapi.

Since its establishment in the year 1999, it was awarded as first Self-financed management institute in South Gujarat Region. GRIMS has attracted more than 10,000 bright young minds located admits the industrial landscape of Gujarat, GRIMS has grown to be amongst the respected institutes across Gujarat. The collective accomplishments of our students, teachers and alumni have contributed towards making GRIMS what it is today: an institute acclaimed for education and excellence.
