On 5th March 2025, ROFEL MBA, Vapi – RSRU hosted a guest lecture titled "Leadership for Millennial Managers: The Turbulent Times," presented by Mr. Rajeev Singh. The session aimed to provide insights into the unique challenges and opportunities that millennial managers face in today's volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) business environment. Mr. Rajeev Singh is a seasoned leadership consultant with over 20 years of experience in corporate training and development. He has worked with numerous multinational corporations, focusing on leadership development, change management, and organizational behavior. His expertise lies in guiding young leaders to navigate the complexities of modern business landscapes.

Mr. Singh elaborated on the concept of VUCA—Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity—and its implications for contemporary leadership. He emphasized that traditional leadership models may not suffice in addressing the rapid changes and unpredictability of today's markets.
