Global Performance Management

A guest session on “Managing Talent Globally” was conducted at ROFEL MBA, Vapi – RSRU on 7th March 2025, . The was taken by Ms. Shivali Gajre and coordinated by Dr. Aabha Singhvi. The session aimed to give students insights into global talent management strategies, challenges, and best practices.  

The guest session was highly engaging and provided valuable knowledge on global talent management. It enhanced students’ understanding of the evolving HR landscape and its challenges in a globalized world. The event concluded with a token of appreciation presented to the guest speaker.
