“Awakening the Academicians: 3-Day Faculty Development Workshop at ROFEL”

The Faculty Development Workshop on “Awakening the Academicians”, organized by ROFEL from 11th to 13th September 2025, aimed at empowering educators with insights into NEP-2020, student–teacher relationships, emotional and holistic growth, and innovative teaching practices. Guided by Dr. Jayesh Vasantrao Deshkar, the sessions highlighted the evolving role of teachers in nation-building and inspired participants to adopt purposeful and impactful academic practices.
