Rajju Shroff ROFEL University (RSRU), MBA Department organized an insightful Guest Session on the Factories Act, 1948 by Mr. Gaurang Raval, a highly experienced professional with 28 years of expertise in the industry.

The session provided an in-depth understanding of the importance, key provisions, and practical applications of the Factories Act, 1948 in today’s industrial landscape. Mr. Raval highlighted the relevance of labor welfare, employee safety, and compliance measures, connecting classroom concepts with real-world practices.

The event was graced by the presence of our Convenor, Dr. Kedar Shukla (Director – MBA, RSRU) and Coordinator, Ms. Nupur Thakkar (Assistant Professor, MBA Department).
