“Investing isn’t Rational: Understanding Human Behavior in Finance with Dr. Meghna Dangi”

On 23rd September 2025, the MBA Department of Rajju Shroff ROFEL University (RSRU) organized an insightful Guest Session on “Investing isn’t Rational: Understanding Human Behavior in Finance.”

The session was led by Dr. Meghna Dangi, Senior Vice President at Haardik Nayak Wealth Management, who shared her expertise on the fascinating field of behavioral finance. Dr. Dangi explained how emotions, psychology, and cognitive biases often influence financial decisions more than rational calculations. Through practical examples and interactive discussions, she highlighted the gap between traditional finance theories and real-world investing behavior.

The event was guided by the vision of our Convenor – Dr. Kedar Shukla (Director, MBA RSRU) and coordinated by Dr. Aabha Singhvi, with support from Student Coordinator – Ajaykumar Prajapati.

This session not only deepened students’ understanding of finance beyond numbers but also aligned with RSRU’s mission to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry practices, ensuring holistic growth for future managers.
