Orientation Programme Day 1: Expert talk by Mr. Sushil Patel on "The X Factor for Purpose"

The 4 day orientation programme of for our 24^th batch of ROFEL  college Vapi  M.B.A GRIMS  was initiated on 6^th September22. This orientation programme is  based on Universal Human Values (UHV).  As a part of industry guest speakers invited at each programme, on Day 1  we had  from Bayer CropScience  Sushil Patel Sir - South Asia HR Partner  (Product Supply & R&D)  who interacted with 60  students through a session on The X Factor for Purpose which was tied to acronym “JOSH” Mr. Sushil inspired and motivated students to explore  their meaningful WHY (purpose)  in life and how elements of JOSH can enable their purpose. Giving real life examples he conveyed how life changes when one has a purpose in life and one can do great not only for self but for the entire society and mankind. His encouragement to the new batch of students to make a successful career and importantly have a role to play to contribute to society was very enlightening.  He also shared about Bayer’s Purpose and societal contributions / commitments including raising Diversity & Inclusion in all aspects.  The session was very well received by the students. On behalf of ROFEL MBA Institute, Dr. Nupur acknowledged   time spared by Mr. Sushil  & the support of Bayer to the Institute.
